RETURNS + EXCHANGES + CANCELLATIONS + SHIPPING

Disco Luxe offers returns and exchanges up to 7 days after the item has been post marked as delivered. We offer returns but ONLY for store credit! We do not cover the cost of return & exchange shipping for you to send the item back to us. 

RETURNS

Once we receive your return you will be issued STORE CREDIT only in the amount of the item. You will not be refunded back the original shipping cost. If you would like a return label, please let us know and we will invoice you for $8. 

EXCHANGES

Once we receive your exchange item, we will ship your new item, after you have paid an invoice for us to ship it to you. The shipping and handling charge will be $8.

We ship all orders typically within 24 hours. Our goal is to have your item to you as fast as possible. Some exclusions may apply. CANCELLATIONS

Orders may ONLY be cancelled if they have NOT been processed, a $10 cancellation fee will be applied and only Store Credit will be issued. Sending an email does not guarantee that we will be able to cancel an order. Most of the time your order is being packaged and shipped within minutes!
